This position may well suit an experienced Floor Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager looking for their first full Restaurant Manager position!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the dining area and ensure tables are set up correctly, maintaining an inviting ambiance for guests.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or Floor Manager
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
