We’re working with a dynamic hospitality group to find an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their exciting new concept in the heart of Shoreditch. Think laid back dive bar energy meets exceptional food and drink execution. This is a venue that doesn’t take itself too seriously but delivers quality across the board.
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of day to day operations, ensuring smooth service and a standout guest experience. You’ll lead, inspire, and develop a passionate front of house team while working closely with the kitchen and bar to maintain high standards of delivery.
About the role:
- Oversee daily floor operations with a hands-on approach
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high performing team
- Drive an engaging, welcoming service culture
- Maintain operational excellence, including stock, rota, and compliance management
- Support sales growth and deliver on financial targets
About You
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a lively, guest-focused restaurant/bar setting
- Strong people manager with the ability to motivate and build teams
- A balance of fun personality and professional standards
- Commercially savvy with an eye for detail and efficiency
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
