About the role:

Wine Selection:Curating & expanding the wine list, ensuring it complements our menu and caters to diverse tastes.

Pairing Expertise:Assisting guests in selecting the perfect wine to complement their meal, based on their preferences and menu choices.

Cellar Management:Managing and maintaining the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.

Staff Training: Conducting wine training sessions for the team to enhance their knowledge and service skills.

Wine Service: Providing impeccable wine service, including decanting, opening, and serving wines at the appropriate temperatures.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of European wines, including regions, grape varieties, and vintages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable presentation and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of wine service and hospitality.
• Certification from a recognized sommelier program is a plus.
