The Role

• Deliver exceptional and knowledgeable wine service
• Recommend wines and assist with food & wine pairings
• Maintain the wine cellar and stock
• Support the wider team with wine knowledge and training
• Help maintain the highest standards of service and presentation

About You

• Experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels or private members’ clubs.
• Excellent wine knowledge
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the confidence to engage with members of the club
• WSET Level 2 minimum
