• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Leading and motivating the brigade during service
• Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
• Working across the kitchen and ensuring preparation and service run smoothly
• Supporting the development and training of junior chefs
• Helping maintain excellent kitchen organisation, hygiene and food safety standards
• Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proven Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step, ideally with experience in a high-quality restaurant environment. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the personality and ambition to thrive in a restaurant that does things differently.
