We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join the team at this vibrant and popular casual dining restaurant located in the heart of Shoreditch.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional performance.
• Manage all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, training & development
• Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, while increasing profitability.
• Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Financial forecasting, budgeting & monitoring
• Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality, preferably in a casual dining environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and Head office
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a hands-on approach to resolving issues as they arise.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
